Start it without clicking

Is there a program you start every time you start your Mac up or login? I can’t have a computer on for more than a few seconds without iTunes being started. There’s a great feature to start programs automatically. Simply go to the dock and find the icon of the program you want to auto start. You can start the program if it’s icon isn’t on the dock. Now, go to the icon and right click it. On older Macs you simply choose “Open at Login”. On newer Macs you have to right click, choose “Options” and then choose “Open at Login”.
